How much does it cost to be a member?It is absolutely FREE to join Lancsco, there are no membership or joining fees and this stands for the duration of your business life - join us now >Do I have to use all of Lancsco's suppliers?No. You will be under no obligation to use the suppliers, you can use as many or as few as you like and carry on using your existing suppliers if you prefer.
How will I save through Lancsco?We have a large portfolio of suppliers which is added to on a regular basis, we have in place national deals set up with all these suppliers on behalf of our large member base, so when you purchase through Lancsco you purchase as part of a large group.
We will be sending you details of suppliers and offers using various communication methods, aswell as offers from suppliers on a regular basis.
When placing orders who do I deal with?Depending on the product or service you will deal either with Lancsco or directly with the supplier, you will be made aware of this from the beginning.How do I pay my suppliers?Again, depending on the product and service you are using you will either be paying us or pay your supplier direct via their payment methods.
Who do I call if I have a problem with a service or product?
With most products or services you will be assigned an account manager, if problems or issues are not dealt with instantly then you should call Lancsco and we will resolve the issue quickly. Our members not only enjoy national account prices but also national account service.
Why do suppliers work with Lancsco?Lancsco introduces new business or maintains existing business for suppliers, everyone understands how competitive the market is, and Lancsco is a great way to channel discounts.How do I set up accounts with the suppliers?Lancsco will organise via our own account managers or supplier’s sales managers for the opening of accounts, credit terms are subject to the suppliers procedures.How does Lancsco make it's revenue?Lancsco is paid retrospectively by the suppliers.
